Do you know where I can get this music from?

I've just clicked into the home page of

and had the speakers on ....wow was I surprised.... there's a brilliant piece of music on there. It is called Believe:There's Magic in the Stars.

I just did a google search and it comes from Disneyland but is it on a CD?
