Hi,
Just wondering if you guys park hop or tend to stay in one park a day ???

On our lst trip we only park hopped on our last day!! What do u guys do??

Hop. We love doing the '4 Parks In One Day' thing... :goodvibes

We nearly always hop. We do a park in the morning and go back to the hotel for a bit and than head out again at night. At night we mostly go to epcot.

We like to hop if the park we want to go to at night is open late. It makes for a long day from rope drop so we would go back to the resort for a break early afternoon for a few hours.

It also works for us to hop if we do morning EMH.

However we don't do more than one hop per day. You lost too much time travelling (and waiting) between parks. I would not hop if I went in a slow season when parks closed early.

We hop. Usually some where for the morning, break in the middle of the day (either back to hotel or DTD), then somewhere else for the afternoon, and occasionally somewhere else again for the evening! :rotfl: Hop, hop, hop!

We goto a park for opening(if we can get out of bed) stay til about lunchtime/mid afternoon back to resort/hotel for a swim/internet/read/sleep then meal and another park for evening but depends on time of year and closing times but hop often.

we hop usually head to one park then back for a swim change head to another for the evening:goodvibes

We hop too, one park for the day then another for fireworks or evening meal

We hop hop hop!

Didn't do any full days at Disney at all.

If we do a rope drop we're out of there by 1/2pm latest, as theat a great time to grab some lunch at the resort and laze by the pool. Then you're refreshed for the evening.

Only downside is that our touring style meant we're never around for the parades, not seen the AK parade. We'll make sure to do so next trip.

Oh my gosh are you sure you're not part of our family as that's exactly with what we do :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Never hopped, but we always stay offsite. Let's see what being onsite this year brings :)

:goodvibes

We like to hop too :) I think we will be doing it again next year especially when we want to see the later shows :)

We're hoppers. Like many others here, we usually go to one park early, then spend the evening in another park - usually taking a break back at the resort between park visits.

We have sometimes been to three parks in one day, but only once have we managed all four!

Maybe we've got a short attention span, but we suffer from park-overload if we stay in one park all day, and the magic disappears a little. Hopping from park to park keeps our interest fresh.

We're hoppers too! It helps that we stay on site and have AP's so we've even been known to just hop in to a park for nothing more than an hour that day, just for a beer in the evening - if that counts as well ;)

Only downside is that our touring style meant we're never around for the parades, not seen the AK parade. We'll make sure to do so next trip.

I love, love, love the AK parade, I think it has a really nice atmosphere, a little more informal, relaxed and fun if that makes sense for a parade, LOL.

However as you know the nature of AK touring, the time of the parade and a desire to hop does not for a good combo make :(

They just trialled a mini African Food & Wine festival there that starts just after the parade which looked fantastic so hoping they decide to do that again as it'll give me some extra 'oompf' to make the effort to be in the park at that time of day - where parades fail to get me to stick around, food usually succeeds ;)

We always HOP :) Its so much easier for us, especially in the last week of the hols where you want to get in some rides a different parks before you go home.

Im definatly in the minority then !!! Guess its because we have small children and the hassle of loading and unloading the car is really just not worth it !!

We usually love to hop, but our trip this year is at xmas, and from what I've heard, hopping isn't going to be an option, especially on xmas eve and xmas day as the parks can close due to capacity from lunchtime onwards. Really gonna miss nipping back to the hotel mid afternoon for a rest, but can't risk not being allowed back in :sad1:
