At this point, yes, you have to call as its only open to Disney Visa holders.

As PP mentioned, only Disney Visa holders can book the FD deal currently, until Thursday when it opens up for everyone. If you are a DV holder, you must call to book the deal. If you are not a DV holder, you can call Disney as early as 7am Eastern Thursday morning. You will be able to book online on Thursday as soon as they put the offer on their website, but sometimes they don't get it up and running online until later in the day.

we always book ressies thru Disney I get them all wrote out nad then call is so much easier then they e mail all to me
