Do you have to take the upgrade - if offered?

Our family is going on the Wonder in Oct. 2003 and I've been reading that some people sailing around that time have been getting cabin upgrades. I have a couple of questions...

1. We're booked in adjoining Cat 10 (5022 and 5024) and I really like those cabins. If we get an upgrade, do we have to take it?

2. Does the upgrade cost? Will you have to pay the difference between the Cat 10 and the upgrade Cat?

I've read where people are always so excited when they get an upgrade. I would be too if I don't have to pay the difference. Our son and his family are young and raising teen-agers and would rather use the extra money for fun. What's the deal on these?

Thanks ahead of time for your replies

When Disney calls to give you and ungrade it is always free. Some people have been able to upgrade at the Port when they check in for a discount.

As for upgrades, of course you don't have to accept it. Just thank them and say you are happy with the current accomodations and location and do not wish to change.
