Got them on in 5th grade, and off in 7th grade. Had to wear a retainer after that, but *grins sheepishly* i haven't worn it since 9th grade... lol

got them in 4th grades got them off in 6th grade, and might need then again b/c i lost a tooth and it is really crooked and that is messing up all of my other teeth.

I got them in 7th grade and got them off before 9th. I only had them on for about 1 1/2 years. Now I only have to wear a retainer at night, which I also am guilty of abandoning once in a while.

Got mine at the end of 5th grade, took them off at the beginning of 8th grade. Beautiful! Almost two years without that damned metal mouth.

I had them for a few years, along with the pallet expander, lip bumper and prongs, with some headgear and a retainer on the side. Luckily, I don't need it anymore. I got mine early, so I was able to finish early.

i got them in late 7th grade. (im going into 9th now) theyre being removed in october. they just got a new wire and now they hurt like heck!!
