So, have you been to the doctor to get a diagnosis? If you have shingles, have you found out if people who have not had chicken pox can get chicken pox from you?

I left a message for my doctor yesterday and haven't heard back from him yet (he wasn't in yesterday)... but after more than 3 weeks, there really isn't anything he can do about it. The pain is getting better each day, the itching and the rash is a whole lot better, and the swelling is starting to go down, so I may never have an "official" diagnosis. I'm long past being contagious at this point.

My dad was just diagnosed with shingles. This thread has been interesting reading.

Has anyone had any experience with this on the head?
