I have a 1 inch, nearly circular, dark brown mole on my right shin.

I've grown to like it now but hated it when I was younger. :p

I have a nearly rectangular birthmark on the top of my right arm at the back. It is just a patch of dark brown skin. It is about 8cm x 4cm. It doesn't bother me though and it never has done.

I have a kidney bean shaped birthmark on the bottom of my left foot... My cousin has the exact same on on the top of his left hand. too wierd!

If I did, it would just blend in with my freckles, which are equal to the amount of the national debt.

I don't have a birthmark but my twin sister and BF does. My sister's is on her thigh about an inch long and my BF has on on his left shoulder about 2 inches long. One of his DD has one on her right arm, it is a little circle.

I have 3. One on my knee, it's a brown square. One on my thigh, brown spots, almost like freckles. The third is on the side of my foot, it's red. The one on my foot draws the most attention because it looks like I hurt myself. The one on my knee bothered me when I was a kid but not any more.

I only have small ones (more like glorified freckles). One on my stomach, one on my chest and one on my right hand near my thumb. My sister (who is 9 years older than me) has birthmarks on her chest and hand in the exact same spot as mine. Weird.

DD was born with a big red birthmark on her wrist. It covered her whole wrist for awhile. People used to tell me that dd was bleeding. Anyway, it's completely gone now (she's 3 1/2).

i have a light brown splotch (about an inch long) on my stomach that's been there since i was born. i also have a very large dark brown mole on my torso that has been there since i was born.

as for moles that have cropped up after birth, i have quite a few of those too. i used to joke that i must be part leopard.

My DD has an oval shapped brown one on the top of her leg. When she was around two my Mom says to me "Did you know DD and I have the exact same birthmark." It is shapped the same, slanted the same direction and in the same spot. I think thats really cool!

Ther eare five of us, all cousins on my moms side, that have the exact same birthmark in the exact same spot. We always laugh about it.

I have a one inch oval birht mark on my right outer thigh. Couldn't care less about it now, but when I was around 10 I wore a bandaid over it during short season. My dad still teases me about that:rolleyes:

Isn't it weird how when you're a kid, anything that's different than other kids seem so enormous at the time! :p

I have a tear shaped birth mark, about the size and shape of a tear drop, a little above my cheek bone, under my left eye. It has faded considerably over the years, thank goodness, otherwise it would look like the tear drop tatoo gang members use to signify one of their gang members has been killed. :earseek: You can still see it when I don't wear makeup, but barely when I wear makeup.

I've got a 1/2 inch amoeba on the back of my left upper thigh. It's high enough that only my Flight Surgeon and DW would ever see it.

My oldest Daughter has a small butterfly shaped mark on her right hip. Very pretty. Almost looks like a tatoo.

Birthmarks, moles, freckles, chicken pox scars, you name it, I got it.

The largest birthmark in on my right forearm. It is redish and about the size of a half dollar. It turns bright red when I get angry

I have a lot of freckles, but I did have one big birthmark on the back of my leg when I was younger. I got made fun of a lot so I had it removed when I was about 10, which made me feel better about myself, and I wasn't as afraid to wear shorts anymore.

I have a series of freckle spots that resemble a smilie face :D
just to the upper left of my right knee...I have always loved it!

I did...until I showed it to my dermatologist:eek: ! Biopsy, surgery, and 10 staples later and that half dollar sized birthmark on my scalp was history. Seems it was a type that could go bad down the road-best to get out while benign.
I do have another one...can't tell you where. ;)

DD and my sister have the same birthmark, same shape, same color, exact same location. weird.

DS is lucky, I think. He has a stork bite AND and an angel kiss.
