Do you have an IPOD?

My mother bought my 14 yr old an Ipod for Christmas. It seems everyone either has these or received them or bought the updated version for Christmas. And as everyone knows these gadgets aren't cheap.

So I want to do a poll on Ipods.

Please elaborate if you want to.

Well, mine came to me by pure luck, and it died on me a few weeks ago, not because of iTunes or the iPod, but because of my computer. I can fix it, whoever I need to use a new computer. I LOVE my iPod, it just has problems with my computer.......

Ipod nano, white 4g....Actually dd17 got it for Christmas. It really is pretty cool....I am amazed at the sound quality.

I have a blue mini. DD has a green one. We love them and listen all the time. Ours are the model that holds 4 gigs and that sounds like alot until you started adding music. They filled up quickly. I wish the larger ones came in colors.

No. I have a Mp3 player, but not an Ipod. I think they are too expensive and overrated.

I personally don't have one, but my 13-year old sister got an iPod Shuffle for Christmas. She likes to listen to music on her CD player, and when my parents saw her trying to cart around her CD player and ride her bike around the neighborhood, we decided that it was time to get her one. Besides, most of her friends either have one or were possibly going to get one anyway.

I got the 30GB video when it first came out. I have a 2 hour commute each way and it makes it much easier. They work so flawlessly with itunes (my husband has spent hours and hours trying to convince my mother's "other brand" MP3 player to play nice with her computer) that I don't think they are overpriced or overrated. I'm willing to pay for something that works so well as my time is very precious nowadays.

iPod is the trade name for Apple's digital music player. It has since become a generic name for all digital music players, but unless your player has the Apple or HP logo on it, it's not strictly an iPod.
