Do you have a touring plan for universal/ioa during slower seasons?

We are going in September for 1 day in each park and am wondering if we should have some sort of touring plan like we did for disney.

I think for IOA that we should hit harry potter stuff if we're going to, the pteradon flyers, and spiderman first?

Just guessing though.

For universal I have no clue what the biggest waits are, so what we should hit early?

Our DD's are 4 and 7 (43 inches and 47 inches or so now - might just make the 48 inch mark but might not either)

Can I see others plans?

If you're staying on site, you don't need a plan... just your hotel key, which acts as your Express Pass.

If you're staying off site, you may not need a plan either -- and certainly not a strict one. The parks are far more manageable than the Disney parks.

Most people don't plan as they do for Disney since the parks are much more easily managed...especially during the slower periods. If you are not staying onsite and arrive at park opening, you should be able to do everything you want.

If staying onsite, you will get unlimited Express and early entry into WWoHP which will help a lot. The Pteranodon Flyers is a very slow loading attraction so the lines will be long right off the bat and there is no Express access for either the Pteranodon Flyers or Forbidden Journey at IOA. Spiderman has Express access so you can wait and do it later.
