If so, do you get in it often?

I don't have a pool.:( If I did, I'd practically live in it.:teeth: I wish I had one.

No, we don't have one. Part of me wishes we did, and then I think of all the work involved and I think forget about it. We have a really nice lake in town that we go to if it gets that warm.

If you have any chance at all to get one, I say go for it!
We got one last year and it wasnt ready until August. Even with only a month in it, I said it was the best investment we ever made. So far we have probably been in it for 3 weeks this year and again, I feel the same way.
I think we get a lot of use out of it because I am home with the kids all day and we have the only pool in the neighborhood. If we had a different situation, we may not use it as much, but for what we do, its wonderful!

Yup sure do and I am in it every chance I get. Last week I came home in between jobs, swam for an hour with cherubs, showered, and headed back to next job! It was almost 100 so I don't feel too bad-lol!

Here's a photo of our pool! We tried to incorporate Mickey in the design!

I wish!!!! Maybe some day, after I hit the lottery! ;)

We have one. We have had it for 18 years. We had a new liner installed this spring along with a pool heater. We live in the northeast and do not enjoy cold water. We have been swimming much more than usual with the use of a pool heater. I would agree that if you ever get a chance to get one do it. We still think it is the best thing we ever did!

Yep. We love it. It was especially useful when my hot water heater broke last Sunday and we couldn't get it replaced until yesterday. DS informed me that it was no problem. He'd just jump in the pool and forget showers.

Nope - DH wants one, but we live less than a mile from two different beaches, so I just can't see it happening. I am also afraid of the additional "housekeeping" I'd be doing with a pool!

HEY BLONDIE, that's MY backyard!!! Where did you ever find that photo!!! ( he he he ):p :p :p :p

We to have a pool. An above ground with the deck and fence. We turned around the idea of an inground last year, but, with the babies I just was not at ease:( So we also have a membership at a timeshare resort here in town so the kids can swim in the winter as well. We do about half and half, Swim club and the yard. I am in charge of the pool every time my DH touches it he breaks somthing! I love my pool and would do it again provided All the extra safety features we have were incorporated, You just never know with little ones!

Yes, we do. I bought it last week at Big Lots for $4.97. I plan to fill it later today. Want to come over?

We live in an apartment, so technically yes I have a pool but I have to share :(

We rarely go to it though because it's usually quite crowded.

Yes! We put an inground concrete pool in our yard last fall. It was a nightmare (major problems with the pool contractor, but that's another thread!). Now we love it (still some aesthetic problems that need to be resolved, but no one notices them but me).

We love it. We just wish it would get warmer out, lol. Today it's around 80 degrees. The pool is about 82 degrees.

and I am in it pretty much every day for at least a few hours. When its hot like today (115 right now), the water gets really warm, like 94, but I love it. The waterfall stays on most all the time and the sound is very sooothing.

Sure do. We have had one for about 20 years now. We have only had to replace the liner once, a couple of years ago. We try to get in it at least once a day and if it is really nice twice. It is an inground. DS can't ever remember not knowing how to swim. Can't wait to teach the little future grandbaby to swim!:)
