My little Shih-Tsu that I rescued is named Pooh Bear. He is as cute as a button. He's in my signature picture. As he gets older he is a "worrier" and a "thinker" just like Pooh. We love him sooo much.
no but our tweeny dachshund (not mini but not necessarily full grown either) is named tootsie because she looks like a tootsie roll. my corn snake is named chili. we tend to name after food lol. but whenh i get older im getting a basset hound and naming him/her either dumbo or dopey
Hi, when my son was about a year and half old, my husband gave me a golden retreiver as a Mother's Day present. My son, started calling him Woody, which at the time was his favorite movie because of Toy Story. Then years later, my daughter got a cocker spaniel. We named him Andy. Two years ago we added a maltese.. I wanted another Toy Story name but was out voted. So we named him Prince. Afterall, there is usually a prince in the fairy tale story.
We have a springer spaniel mix called oreo because she is black and white. Her moms name is disney. We had a westie nameds minnie. Two rats that are now dead named belle and dory. We currently have a cat named nala
My cat Tigger was 21 when she passed in 2008, we now have sisters age 2 Tinkerbell & Princess Fluff. We also have a cat Izzadore age 11 who is doing well after a bout with lung cancer (Thanks Tufts vets & surgery). Josie 8 & Scarlett 16 weeks are our chocolate & black lab pups.
We have Winnie our red Doberman and Tink, a very sassy yellow tabby cat. We also had an English Coonhound named Daisy but sadly we lost her last year. Nothing but Disney names for our fur family.
My son-in-law gifted me with the cutest little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel a few years back shortly before we were scheduled to go on my then 3 year granddaughter's first trip to Disney World. She was so excited to be seeing Goofy she wanted to name the puppy after him. His registered name is Sammie, but we felt he needed a "common" name so "Goofy" it was to be. There was one problem, though...DGD couldn't say "Goofy" ... it always came out as "GOOPY" ... and now, 5 years later, he's still our own little Goopy!
Back in 1972 my family was scheduled to go to Disneyland (a very big thing since we were poor) but we had to postponed and my dad brought home our first cat. We named him Walter Elias Disney, or Disney for short. 6 cats later and we have never named another one a Disney name.
