What makes me angriest is when someone (usually DH) says I didn't say/do something, when I know for certain I did. For example, I'll tell DH on Monday that we have a meeting on Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and I ask if he's ready. He asks, "For what?" I tell him, "We have a meeting." His response: "You never told me." When I assure him I did tell him, and even can tell him where we were and when I told him, and he still says I never did, I get so mad. He won't even concede that I *might* have done it, and he's forgotten.

So bullheadedness is what makes me angriest.

Bad drivers and line cutters.

Does my husband drive your car, too? :rotfl:

Not often, but apparently I must sound stupid because I live in the Souteastern part of the US. Newsflash: Just because I talk slow does not mean I think slow.

Dh's uncle does that, too. He comes to visit and complains about how things are here and how it is better up home. Then stop visiting!

You know, to absolutely fair, I know that when I've travelled overseas, I've found myself "complaining" sometimes and I've heard the same from others (not just Americans, by any means). It's easy to do, even if you generally like the place you're visiting.

I hate it when people ignore their childrens' behavior or if they dont acknowledge the fact their kid is a bully and chalk it up to "boys will be boys"

People who insult or underestimate my intelligence. I get more than my fair share of that because, first of all I'm fat. Secondly, I have a tiny bit of a country twang.

Yup. Must be stoopid.

Also, parents who let their children run amok in the supermarket and then give you the evil eye when you have to make an emergency stop with your cart to avoid running Little Johnny down - like it's YOUR fault!
You ought to see the looks I get when I don't stop.:)

I also detest those people at the mall who use their strollers as battering rams. I guess they don't care if their little snowflake takes a beating running into others.

How about people who forget they even have children and let them wander around? Then the parents who actually watch their kids end up watching a dozen other kids as well.

This happens at every single football practice or game. I'm sitting there, keeping one eye on my 4 year old, and another eye on the field and there's these kids who end up two miles from their parents and I feel like I have to keep an eye on them also because they're playing with my 4 year old. I'm not talking about 10 year olds, I mean other 4 or 5 year olds.

I put other...although the other choices are also annoying I can just shrug my shoulders at them.

My pet peeve is when I ask my DH and kids over and over 50,000 times to or not to do something and they say "OK" and than don't do it.....and say they forgot :confused3funny I remember all the 50,000 times I told them about telling me about there dirty P.E cloths in there back packs prior to 5 minutes before school starts with a comment like "OH they needed to be washed" :confused3 or when they are done taking a shower not to leave there dirty clothes on the floor......

Don't even get me started on DH :rotfl2: funny how all those little things add up to a :headache:after 50,000 times.....:rotfl:

People who continue with political rhetoric ad naseum, even when they know you don't give a rat's you-know-what about what they're saying.
--------------------

This would be my second choice..

#1 is people who drink and drive..

Yep my example happened at a football game too, mom is too busy watching the game and not watching her other kid beat the crap out of mine:mad: :headache:

I am a very even-tempered person, but one thing that can provoke me to instant anger is when a driver does something really dangerous, aggressive and rude.

I can't vote, so many things bother me, but particularly strangers who seem to think I have the word SUCKER written on my forehead. They soon find out differently. :rolleyes1

Condescending behavior and questioning my knowledge really pushes my button more than anything. Actually, the most reliable way to get me hot is to presume that I am a nurse. I am not a nurse, I am a physician. My undergraduate major is chemistry, not nursing. I was probably sensitized by my aunt, my father's sister. She was such an airhead that nearly every time I saw her while I was in medical school and residency, I had to explain to her that I was not in nursing school, and I was not training to be a nurse. Now, she was an intelligent woman, and I assume that the only reason she couldn't remember the difference between nursing and medicine was that she wanted to irritate me. Not hard to do after years of 100 hour work weeks. Another way is for patients to not be able to comprehend what I try to explain to them, no matter how I try to simplify my explanation, and still persist in their conviction that they know more about the problem and its solution than I do.

People driving in the fast lane using cruise control!  Move over!!!!!

I have to go with condescending/know it alls. Hate the ones who think they can knock people down and think they know it all just because. Doesn't matter...add any word after "because."

Hello! I know more about my job than you do! And I just love when they are proved wrong on something!   Had an instance the other day.

Yep-

Condescending/know it alls. For some reason it grates on your nerves worse when you have PMS. :headache:
