That is my biggest pet peeve with my kids. DD9 is the QUEEN of whine. DH always asks her if she would like a little cheese with that whine...

For me it's condescending men. Someone says "listen honey" and I want to rip their faces off.

People who stop dead in the middle of the sidewalk/mall/subway or at the top/bottom of escalators or moving walkways. GET OUT OF THE WAY PEOPLE!

Also, parents who let their children run amok in the supermarket and then give you the evil eye when you have to make an emergency stop with your cart to avoid running Little Johnny down - like it's YOUR fault!

I ADORE my DH and his family, but they regularly talk "over" one another and finish each other's sentences. He's learned to shut up for a few seconds when I announce "Is it MY turn to talk now?!?!?".

I absolutely hate people who treat me like I'm stupid. And it seems to happen a lot on the phone. They hear me as a Southern woman and apparently take away 50 IQ points. Nine times out of ten it will be when I am trying to talk to technical support of some type.

My BIL is the most condescending *** on the planet, and I get to work with him. Yay me!

Honestly, he is very snide and condescneding and what's more is I have 3 to 4 years experience on him but he is in charge of me. Grrrr....To have a snide and condescending person as your boss and BIL at the same time.

Not often, but apparently I must sound stupid because I live in the Souteastern part of the US. Newsflash: Just because I talk slow does not mean I think slow.
