Do you have a "never again" list? Which restaurants are on it and why?

HDDR - worst Disney experience ever...

There are a few other probably nots, but the only way someone could get me to go back to HDDR is to pay me the money I was out the first time...and even then, I'd hesitate (but at least I'd have my money back).

Could you tell a little more about this? Thanks!

1. Electric Umbrella. It's not that I think it's so bad, but I just can't imagine spending money in there when Sunshine Seasons is a hop, skip, and a jump away.

2. Rainforest Cafe. Too overpriced, and the staff was rude to us. They put ten people at a table for six, and got very grumpy when we asked to be moved. They said there was no reason why the children couldn't all squeeze in on the booth side, since children are small.

3. Cinderella's Royal Table. I hope this changes someday, as there is that special something about eating in the castle. I just can't justify the cost for mediocre, pre-plated food and an atmosphere that feels like being run through an assembly line. So sad.

Sunshine Seasons-Now I've only been there once, but it did not impress me at all. The carpet and table was the dirtiest I've seen in counter service restaurants and the food was just ok. I see it still gets high reviews, so maybe I went on a bad day. :confused3

I'm another person who is not a fan of 9 dragons. Every time I ate here the food was just bad and the service took forever!!!

H & V - horrible service, crazy noisy, barely edible food - tried it twice - never again.

'Ohana dinner - the wait staff literally threw the food on the table with no rhyme or reason, the Polynesian entertainer was beyond annoying, again, never again.

BTW we loved WCC, Y & Y and R & C - go figure :confused3

San Angel in the Mexican pavillion. It was so dark, we couldn't read the menu. The service was ok, but our server spoke so little English, he could hardly gather our order; but he was attentive and tried. The food on the other hand was not to our taste. Maybe our tastes just are for a more "American version" of Mexican food, but we preferred the outside CS place to this restaurant.
I also was not that impressed with Boma. I'd heard so much hype about this place, I really was looking forward to it, but was disappointed. I can't say "never again" as it wasn't bad food, but it just wasn't all I expected it to be.

Akershus....I dont know what the a mess was???:confused3

/
Trails End............Ate there twice, second time too a few bits of my ceaser salad thought it did not taste right... I spend the entire next 30 hours sick as a dog in the bathroom of our hotel room and missed an entire day of our vacation.

I love Jiko, but maybe that's because I don't do the dining plan!

Mine is ABC Commissary. Tried it three times; that's enough.

I don't know if there is any place that we wouldn't ever go to again but one of our least favorite experiences was Boma. Loooooooooong lines for food and when we got it-eh, it wasn't that great. I would try it again at a more "off" time (we were there right at the hight of dinner) but not when I thought it would be really busy-it was definately NOT worth it to us.

Jiko, on the other hand, we LOVED! I would love to go back there. :)

We also enjoy Ohana and WCC. :)

I do not have a never again, I have had many not very good meals (Hollywood and Vine comes to mind, so so food and Characters we have grown out of) but you never know what tomorrow may bring. When I vacation I try to keep and open mind and stay flexible.

I will never eat Crystal Palace for lunch or dinner again. Three Christmases ago, my Dad got very sick to his stomach at the Christmas Party after eating Crystal Palace earlier in the night. Well, this past Christmas, we had dinner again there, and this time, I got sick to my stomach. We aren't talking a little queezy, we were really, really sick...no need to say more, lol. Thinking it could have been a fluke those times, we tried it for lunch when we went at the end of May. It did not make any of us sick this time, but we did feel a little queezy afterwards, so we'll be skipping it from now on. Breakfast is always great, though!

I shall now commit DIS blasphemy...........

Boma: (dinner) the food either had no flavor at all or tasted like cinnamon.

Jiko: The food was only average, and the service was horrible. Definitely not worth 2TS

Go Phillies huge game tonight. And I never tried Boma or Jiko but to add my list would be -Wcc and Coral Reef cause of fatty steaks and all around bad experiences each trip

SOmeone mentioned Marrakesh? I loooooove Marrakesh.

I would never ever buy pizza or hamburgers at Disney (or at home for that matter) so I would not go to a restaurant that serves pizza and hamburgers as their main entrées.

Hollywood & Vine and Whispering Canyon Cafe. Both have awful food and awful service. Boatwright's would probabloy join that list as well, although we might be willing to give it a second try if nothing else were available.

Mine will make many reservation hunters happy. Ours is Kona, specifically for breakfast, but breakfast was so bad that dinner is never a priority of ours either.

We won't do Kona breakfast again either. The bananas in my Tonga Toast were black and tasted horrible, the bacon was so crisp that it shattered when we bit it, the other meats were charred, the pancakes were dry and the French toast was tasteless. Our server was also horrible.

Yak and Yeti is also on our list due to horrible food. It was worse that mall food court Chinese. But our server was fabulous.

Cape May Clambake because we waited an hour past our ADR, they tried to seat the entire lobby of the Beach Club, that had been waiting right along with us, all at the same time, the meats were overcooked, the side were cold, the cold salads were warm and the service was inattentive. Even the delicious Oreo bonbons are not enough to make us go back.

And last but not least is Chef Mickey's. The food was yuck, there were empty spots on eh buffet the entire time we were there, there was food spilled and splattered all over the buffet area, our server was rude and Mickey skipped our table.

We would never go to Cap'n Jack's again. It was a hassle to get there (my fault, really, didn't understand that you couldn't get to DTD direct from HS), the place was deserted, despite that, the service was slow and terrible and the food worse. Never Again!

I would have to say Marrakesh, The service was great. However, It is just not a culinary taste that I personally do not enjoy in anyway. So for that reason alone I will never look back.
