How many of you drive a "MINNIE" van?! :)

One night as i sat waiting for our dd in our mini-van, it occured to me that it could be a 'Minnie' van! When i told my dd she immediately went to work transforming it.

Long story short, we ended up with a cute miniature Minnie on the dashboard, lots of smaller, 'mini' - Minnie static stickers on the side windows, Minnie pillows and Minnie tissues and wipes! It's really fun! :)

Now DD wants to decorate our other vehicles as Pooh and Tinkerbelle!

:)

YES! Everyone knows our mini-van. My husband ordered beautiful black & white stickers of many Disney characters from Ebay. I was worried that it would look tacky, but thay are actually pretty classy looking. It's fun and always makes people smile.

We bought one of those Mickey Mouse shaped things for the antennae for our "minnie" van and it was stolen the day we got back. The next time we went, we told this to a cast member, and they gave us a free one! :p

My "minnie" van has a Mickey antenna topper and a license plate frame that says Walt Disney World - Been there, done that, going back!!! :)

Before our last trip to "the World" DW got some removable paint and painted up our van with Mickey and Minnie outlines and other simple drawings. She also wrote something on all the big windows ("Been There, Done That, Going Back"; "WDW or Bust"; Mickey, Here We Come"). I was a teensy bit embarrased at first:o , but eventually I got into the spirit and it was lots of fun on the way down. Everyone on I-95 knew where we were headed:earsboy: .

O, and it was pretty cool that when we pulled into Pop Century a crowd of CMs who were there clapped and cheered for us.

We have since sold the van, so don't know hwat we'll do for thsi upcoming trip.

i too have a Mickey van

mickey hitch plug cover (which is replaced by my pop up camper when we are going camping - but fear not, the camper has a FW spare tire cover so those behind me still have a mickey to view)

no antenna, so my mickey head topper had to go on my DH's nice manly pickup truck - that went over well at the police station where he works

mickey, goofy and donald steering wheel cover

mickey decal in my rear window

"been there...." liscene place frame

gobs of Disney movies on hand for the in van entertainment system

and while actually traveling to/from WDW - that temp paint for the windows saying "WDW or Bust" or Follow me to WDW" or what ever else my 9 year old can come up with. (it's his job to decorate the van for the trip)

I have the villian van--it used to have a Haunted Mansion antennea topper, but that was stolen in a parking lot--I do have a Cruella decal on the side rear window and hope to add one other, Santa are you listening! I have the villian characters that came with all the happymeal sets since 1991 and they are either on the dash or hanging from the rear-view mirror.
Prior to this I've had a Pooh van--window decals, sheets over the seats, etc and A Little Mermaid Van --done up the same way--the kids are older now 9 and 13 and like to be able to find the car when I pick them up, but especially DS--not be embarassed by having to explain it and his obsessed mother! LOL
Villians are my fav. so it stands to reason I finally get the van the way I want it!

We're new "Minnie" van owners, and we're thrilled! I've wanted one since MIL bought hers in 2000, and now I have it. So far it's only decorated with a Sorcerer Mickey antenna topper, but more Disney decor will come I'm sure.

. . .I just need to save up enough money to upgrade to an AP so we can make many trips to WDW in our new "Minnie" van.

According to DD1 (almost 6), mommy drives a "minnie" van.

But if DH is driving, it is a "mickey" van.

My only true Disney decoration is a mickey antenna topper that DH bought for me.

We have a Minnie motorhome--a Winnebago Minnie Class C. We have a customized back window with a winking Mickey, a customized entrance door window done with a bunch of Mickey balloons, and tons of Disney things inside. Towels, Mickey dishes and cutlery, Mickey clock, lots of Mickey linens and pillows, and enough Disney stuffed things to cover the dash! We've been getting the Halloween decorations ready for this trip--including the inflatable Tigger and Pooh!

My employer bought me a 2004 Kia Sedona LX to drive around in for work.

I just ordered a new full size H/A van for DS. I planned on doing Tinkerbell. Boy did I get in trouble for wanting to do Tinkerbell:earseek: for DS van. So I called and changed van to black, ordered vanity plate and purchased pirate antenna topper and pirates front plate. DD bought a pirate window cling. I plan on having a Pirate painted on the side. I told the gentlemen that's helping me with the van and special needs what I was doing, he laughed and said it was the first time he sold a themed van. The whole family is getting into it. DSIS has a new expedition and plans on copying me, including her license plate my adding 2 at the end. Susan
