Mine is in my siggy. Its nothing fancy and I am not an expert, just a middle aged lady trying to get ready for the princess half and avoiding the injury I had on my training last year.
 

I have one on Bodybuilding.com, Ive gone from 270 lbs in oct of '10 to 190 lbs today07/2011, and am working on a body recomp, along with preparing to take the ACE CPT certification. I'll be happy to discuss or answer what questions i can at anytime!

Well, I would like to share the benefits of the Yoga as exercise which helps me to increase the resistance power. The reason is that most of the person has fastest life style which occurs the hyper tension, depressions, stress, blood pressure and heart related problems which are harmful to the health. So to avoid that disease then there is required to follow the exercise as Yoga daily.

Hi everyone.

I'm journaling my experiences during my Couch to 5K running plan on my blog. The link is in my siggy.
