This is a neat idea for a thread, Cindy--I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone likes to do for their exercise. I'm a huge fan of The Firm videos, although it took me a while to be able to do them completely! I enjoy doing both cardio and weight training, and most of their videos combine the two for a good total body workout. They also have all-cardio and all-weights videos, so I can alternate and mix-n-match. It's also easy to increase your workout intensity as you can just heavy-up on the weights as you progress. They're definitely my favorites!
