ALWAYS!!! Well, maybe I shouldn't have voted always. If there's lightening, maybe not. But if it's just rain, who cares? I get wet on water rides anyway and there's so much to do indoors. Rain doesn't stop us.

YES :thumbsup2

We just grab our Mickey poncho's and head on in. Lines are shorter, and the discomfort is minimal. Got to ride Rock-n-Rollercoaster as many times as we wanted to last time around :cool1:

Absolutely! We have had some of our best days at Disney in the pouring rain! Jumping in puddles, no lines...how fun is that? :goodvibes

We go rain or shine. I've been there in major rain storms but still have fun.

OH Yes!! These IMO, are the best time to go!! We did AK on a Rainy day and it was so fun..no crowds, and nice breezy weather! Excellent! :wizard:

Big yes...
Our major MK day in December was quite rainy...and lots of fun. Walked right onto BTMRR, even Peter Pan. Very cool.

We do not mind wearing ponchos at all, but a few years ago it got down in the low 40's and was raining so we did have to go back to the hotel.

No. I probably would if I didn't have a 5 year old and a 2 year old in a stroller, but with our current situation, we would be miserable. It is best for us to hang out at the resort or do something different on a rain day.

Sure, we join all the other puddle-ducks in the yellow ponchos and have a wonderful day!! The lines are often shorter too! :goodvibes

Definitely! We grab our ponchos and go:-) If it rains hard all day-- like it did during our trip last March-- we'll make a mid-day stop back at the hotel to change our clothes, esp socks and shoes!

If rain kept me away from DW, not that it does, I sure wouldn't admit it. :hippie:

A few years ago, we went to MK on a very rainy day. In fact, the forecast was for heavy rain all day and into the night. Silly me, I said "Hey, let's do it. We will have the park to ourselves." WRONG...It was a sea of yellow ponchos, elbow to elbow crowds. I mentioned that yellow was the color of idiots, ourselves included. But I would rather be a wet idiot at WDW, than sitting dry at home anyday. :cool1:

Unless I need a boat to get down Main Street... I go!!

If it is a downpour no I don't but if it is a standard shower on an off I still go . What else are you to do for what you are spending for a vacaton your not going to sit in your room thats for sure. Its different if you live in Florida you can go anytime.

i still do...some rain isn't going to stop me from having a blast at WDW :teeth:

Yes we do, one year it seemed like we had Epcot to ourselves, saw maybe a total of 10 people all morning.

We just got back & the rain didn't slow us down! We walked on every ride at Epcot, except Soarin. My only advice is to bring ponchos from home. I got ours at Target for less than $1 each. Ours were blue and we stood out. Everyone else was in the same Disney poncho. :)

If you read the replies it appears alot more people go if it is raining or not, but yet the poll is showing the other way. Wonder if people are voting yes, meaning they go in the rain, but that is not how the question is asked.

The thread title ask if you go to the parks if it is raining, but the poll question is worded differently. (Wish I had written the question down so I could quote it!) The poll ask something like do you stay away from the parks if it is raining.

Just wondering....
