Do you go to all four parks on return visits?

We don't go for long trips usually just a day or weekend so we don't go to all of the parks each time but we do get to all the parks about every 2 months but we don't go to AK from May through Sept because of the heat.

When we go on our longer trip (about 5 days) then we go to each park for at least 1/2 a day. Sometimes we will hit a park and only go on a couple of rides, walk around a bit and then move on and we never stay if we find the crowds to be bad.

We try to go to each park twice and do it in rotation, starting with MK first. I also like to squeeze in a day at Universal when possible and a day at water parks when we go in the summer. We might mix up rotation to stay away from EMH, it seems everyone goes to that park.
We usually do every attraction and ride, and we rarely park hop.

I can't imagine a visit without at least one day for each park. I can't imagine going to WDW and skipping any of the parks. I would hate myself later. I have enough of a hard time skipping some attractions when we have short vacations!

Am I sounding like a sicko? It's just that I love all the parks and I don't want to miss any one of them! :cheer2:

I do all the parks, but I do find that I can spend 1 day at both MGM and Epcot and 2 days at MK and AK and be happy.

No I don't AK as a rule is the one I skip or only go for a half day. Will be going this year as I want to see Nemo show. Can't ride EE so that's a let down for me. I love It's tough to be a bug and the Lion King show. As far as the Safarie goes not worth the time it takes to get on this. Having to walk clear to the other end of park and wait in line for 30 plus min. As far as fast Pass not a good thing here as every thing else is in the front of the park too much going back and forth waste of time. They should put a fast pass machine at the front of the park for this ride IMHO.

DW and I always hit all four parks each visit. We love them all and would really have a difficult time deciding which to leave out.

Our last trip we wouldn't have done AK at all if EE hadn't just opened. We get it out of the way early, but have yet to eat lunch in that park. Just not too much to do.

We'll do all 4, but only AK to ride EE. Then we are heading out. We planned 2 days at EPCOT (last time we went with the kids and didn't get to anything but The Living Seas) so we want to do the World Showcase. We are also taking the Undiscovered Future World tour on Wednesday. We will do a half day at MK and the other half at MGM for Fantasmic. We leave tomorrow night. Yeah!

We usually will do all four, but count on doing 1/2 day at AK, and 1/2 day at MGM. There are limited attractions we need to see at these parks, and do them everytime we go. Have done MNSSHP and MVMCP for the last couple of years, so that is our MK time. I also try to get back for the parades (day or night), and Wishes. Last year we spent most of our time at Epcot because of the Food and Wine Festival.

Next month will be dh & my 12th trip, and the ONLY reason we're going to AK is for him to ride EE. We tend to spend most of our time at MK and Epcot with MGM time thrown in for RNRC, TOT & Star Tours. ;)

we always go 8+ days so we can plan on 2 days for each park and incase of a bad weather day. you never know in florida in october. we used to comando the parks. now its about fun and relaxing. its a vacation :thumbsup2

for our upcoming trip, we will be going to all 4 parks. This is the first trip with my step-daughter, she chose not to go with us in 2004, so we are doing everything possible.

I often skip MGM, since it's my least favorite park. And last trip, 6 days, I only had time for 1/2 day in AK. So I spent 2-3 days each in MK and Epcot. I'd only go to all 4 parks if I had a longer period of time, at least 7-8 days.

we had our first together trip here the first week of sept.
IMHO, MGM was not worth the asking price. It just was not. Very little shade/trees or places to rest, and thank goodness we left at 2 that day. I really enjoyed AK, even in the heat, plenty of relaxing spots. when we return, it will be MK, Epcot and AK. aagain, JMHO.

Every trip, every park, and just about every park attraction. Our trips are usually 7 - 11 days, though, and about once a year. It must be one of the advantages of aging - I always seem to forget lots of the details between one trip and the next.

We didn't do AK at all last year and were there, onsite, for a week. We went down this year in Feb. and July and went only to Epcot and MK.
This year, of course, we'll be going to AK because of EE.... :)

We love all Disney parks, but our least favorite is AK. Since we were in Disney in January, we have little desire to go back to AK this time. The only reason we have decided to go back to AK is EE. We haven't ridden it yet so we will be back for that one. I guess what I am trying to say is that we love all 4 parks for one reason or another. If I was at WDW, it would be hard to skip one. When it comes right down to it, I just don't know if I could.

Do what works for you. You do not have to go to all 4 parks. The point is to have fun, not to check things off a list.

We went for 5 nights and did only 2 park days. I knew that adding another park day would reduce our family's enjoyment since it would make us tired and take us away from the resort pool. To make the most of those 2 days, we did not go to Epcot. I love Epcot but I knew the kids would prefer the other parks.

I know this was the right decision because of the fun we had at the time, but also because this morning my youngest DD commented to me, "You know what was my favorite at Disney World?" She then mentioned 4 things, none of which were in any park. They were the resort hot tub, the resort water slide, the treats from Goofy's Candy Co, and the king-sized bed!
