Do you get a paper reservation with the Best Rate ??

I always receive a reservation in the mail when I call CRO to book a room. Several weeks ago I booked a cabin for our christmas vacation online through Passholder Best Rate and I still have not received anyhting in the mail. I called CRO and they tell me to wait a little longer. Has anyone else received the reservation in the mail after booking online? If not what do you show the gaurd at the gate when arriving at the resort?

We have a reservation using the best rate plan and never received a paper confirmation - just an email. I guess you could print a copy of your on-line reservation. I have never had to show a reservation confirmation to the guard. We just give them our name and I think my DH shows a license.

I have booked online for my July trip and I did not receive any paperwork by mail. You can access your information through their website anytime, so should just print that info (unless it's incorrect).

Everytime we go over the guards asks Are you checking in? then we hand him/her our reservation and DH has to hand over his DL. I'll take the printout since it is all I have.
