I never forward e-mails, unless it's an especialy funny one that I haven't seen before (rare). I do debunk ones that are safty related, like the one that tapons aren't safe because they have arsnic in them, or some stupid thing.
I'll also debunk some of the political ones. For example, a friend of mine just yesterday sent me an e-mail with the supposed voting records of all the arab countries in the UN, saying they almost always vote against the US. That part is true, but what the e-mail leaves out is that all our "allies" (Europe, Canana, etc.) also vote against us the majority of the time. It's not so much they are all voting against us, it's that the US is voting against the rest of the world! Anyway, I pasted the info with the link and e-mailed it back to my friend. Haven't heard from her yet, but it's only been a few hours.
