DW & I will be married 19 years in June. We still send corny/romantic love notes back and forth (text & email). Not all the time, just occasionally. We flirt with each other, etc.

Apparently DW was talking to a coworker about us trading romantic notes and the coworker (who got married the month before we did) acted surprised... "He sends you love notes?" (apparently with a note of jealousy in her voice)

I find it hard to believe we're that unusual. So what say the Dis?

dngnb8 .. coyness will get ya further I promise. : ) My hubby and I flirt wildly still even after 17 years, but when he is way to direct too frequently it gets old quick lol. He knows that when he dials it back a bit and just keeps it "light" , he gets a better response out of me lol.

Next month DH & I will be together for 18 years!(yes, we still celebrate the anniversary of our first date!) In July we will be married for 15 years. Yes we still flirt, send romantic notes, texts, emails, etc... We are still so crazy for eachother!

We still flirt, not as much as the early days.

DH is incredibly sweet and romantic.....we recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and he had roses sent to my work....20 red ones for each year we've been married and 6 pink ones for the 6 years that we dated.

Everybody at worked heard about it and came to check them out and ooohed and aaahed. More than one husband got chewed out that night!

Nah...but neither of us are super romantic or flirty people so we never did that.

Didn't flirt when we were dating, and coming up on 27 years of marriage, we just don't do it. We hold hands when walking and stuff like that, but no cutesy letters, texts, emails etc. That is just not us.

I do not take him for granted and I count my lucky stars all the time that somehow our lives led us to each other.

Very in love and very happy and that is one thing I hope my children learn from us.
