Do you find these inappropriate?

Since they're only crib shoes and are specifically not intended for walking, I see no harm in these. If the parents are the type who dress their baby up for fun, then why not add these once in a while? It's just costume.

Exactly. Harmless and heelarious.

those shoes have no alibi...they ugly :rotfl:

(sorry that's what I thought when I saw them)

They look like they belong to Miss Piggy.

I don't take them seriously- kind of like the pacifiers that make them look like they have a "grill" or pouty red lips. I think they're hideous, but they could also be a funny gift for the right person! Still, mostly hideous!

These came up on another board I post on too. A couple of the ladies said they looked "hookerish." Is that what you meant, sdarwkcabemanmy? I never put shoes on any of my babies until they were walking well, because 1) I don't think people who don't walk need shoes and 2) it can cause malformation of their feet. I also don't wear high heels and have tried hard to discourage my girls from them because they are horrible for your body. That said, however, I do actually think they are kinda cute. Maybe for costume purposes or something. The pink ones remind me of Minnie Mouse shoes.

Yep! These are actually bad for the baby. Nothing cute about that!

If I had a kid, I'd dress her in these shoes and give her this binky:

:lmao: :rotfl2: That combination will get her on Springer, for sure! :rotfl2:

But seriously, they are just crib shoes, meant to be funny. The website makes it clear that they are intended for non-walking babies. I see no harm in them, but I wouldn't waste my money on them, either.

They remind me of these teeny tiny boxer shorts we gave some friends upon the birth of their son, called "my first boxers". Completely impractical and just meant to be funny.

If people are really willing to spend $35 on those things, the founder of that company is a genius.

Why can't babies be babies?? These are horrible. I have a three year old and some of the clothes for her age group are trashy and revealing. I am not an overly conservative person but I am not going to let my little girl dress like a tramp.
