Do you find that the APH discounts are for the same times each year?

I'm looking at the discounts for this year while planning for next year. I see APH discounts that someone just mentioned for June. I'm interested in going JUne of 2006. Do people find that APH discounts usually occur around the same times each year, or does if vary each year (like June, Sept and Nov. of this year, but July and October of next year, etc.?) What has been your experience?
