Do you fill your own stocking?

If you live in the Northeast, go to Hannaford and get a "Kitty Can't Cope" sack (on the pet aisle). We wrapped one for our kitties' stocking one year. Came down the next day, the stocking was on the floor. The wrapping was on the floor. The plastic was on the floor. A trail of catnip led to the (ripped open) sack , a pile of catnip, and one, very stoned kitty!

My cats have loved those too! (though never actually torn them apart )

Trucci's has them as well.

Back in the day, I filled everyone else's and hubby would get silly stuff to put in mine. This year, nothing is going in any of them. I did hang them but they will stay empty. There are also no gifts under the tree. Hubby and I don't exchange gifts and we request none from others, I bought and sent my son's families gifts directly to their house. Normally I wrap them and put them under our tree and in the past they have come to our house either before or after Christmas day to open them. They will most likely spend Christmas day either with her family or his sister's family.

My cat loves catnip toys a lot. When we first put them down for him he does often get a bit high and then subsequent times it's not the same as he adjusts to it

His favorite toy outside of toy mice (that have rattles in them) is this corn shaped kicker toy that has catnip in it; you can see two of them in the picture below plus a fish shaped one that has silvervine as well as catnip. You can also see how spoiled our cat is with toys




One year we did buy a stocking shaped toy set from Petsmart and gave it to him on Christmas but he's more discerning in the toys lol. If we do any stockings it'd be for our cat
