For about the past 5 years or so; I have a condition called lipid redistribution, where the layer of fat that is normally just under the skin all over the body migrates (via the bloodstream) to deposits in the neck and upper back, and in my gut. Liposuction can take care of some of the neck hump, but can't be used on the belly fat as the internal organs are too close. I try to exercise and watch what I eat most of the time, but it doesn't seem to make much difference. Been trying to just come to terms with my new body shape, but it's not easy...
