Do you do the same restaurant twice in one trip?

The only restaurant I would probably eat twice at while at Disney is Beaches and Cream. Love their desserts! For the other stuff like character meals I would rather do different ones to get different characters.

I don't think eating at the same place for breakfast and dinner is a problem at all. To me they are two different experiences. That said, there is one restauarnt we go to twice on each trip - both for dinner. That restaurant is Jiko. I love their menu and there is NOTHING even close to like it where I live. I do like to go to different restaurants but we usually stay for around 15 days so there is plenty of time for all of the restaurants we want to try - and to go to Jiko twice

Normally we don't repeat restaurants in a trip, but I'm planning on upgrading to the DxDDP for my Sept/Oct trip and because I go to WDW several times a year, there is not that many restaurants I haven't tried. I think I'm probably just going to do my favorites this trip. The way my list looks right now I'll be repeating several restaurants (GF Cafe for breakfast and lunch, Boma for breakfast and dinner, and Le Cellier for lunch and dinner).

We've never done it just because we like a place so much (even though we do) but out of convenience if we are staying at a particular resort...
When we stayed at The Beach Club, we ate at Cape May Cafe for breakfast and dinner...
When we stayed at The Polynesian, we ate at 'Ohana for both breakfast and dinner and when we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge we did Boma for both breakfast and dinner as well. All places were wonderful, but we did it more out of simplifying things since we had young kids.

We're going to Tutto twice (lunch and dinner). Last trip with my mom we went to Tony's twice (both dinner) since we didnt like anything a LOT at the MK. We might be doing it twice (lunch and dinner) this year since the menus are a little different for each meal. We'll see!

We don't plan to do the same restaurant twice in one trip (too many great places to go to), but our last trip got extended one day due to weather issues. I left it to my kids as to where to go for dinner on the extra day and they wanted to go back to Citricos (where we had gone earlier in the trip), so we did.

Last trip we went to Chef's de France twice and will be doing it X2 again for our upcoming trip. The Onion soup is to die for!!

We're eating twice at Ohana and twice at 1900 Park Fare this trip. Dinner at Ohana because I want to, breakfast with Lilo and Stitch for DS6. At 1900 Park Fare, I just couldn't decide which character experience we wanted, so I booked a breakfast and a dinner - we just couldn't choose between the stepsisters and the Mad Hatter:rotfl:.

We usually do 'Ohana, Le Cellier, Yak and Yeti and Mama Melrose Fantasmic twice per trip.

However, we decided to only do Mama Melrose Fantasmic once for our next trip since it was so difficult to get.

We don't feel like we're missing out on the other restaurants since the rest of the trip is filled with other restaurants. We find that we have our favourites and feel that we would like to eat there twice. I always space them out. I usually try to book them all early in the first week and then again closer to the end of the next week so they are at least 5-7 days apart. We never feel like not eating there again. My children always ask if we can go back to these places so they're always looking forward to it.:thumbsup2
