Doors closed unless showering, then ensuite bathroom door open with bedroom door locked when showering.

No, I also don't close it most of the time when others are home as well. As others have said, it also depends on the bathroom. Our master bathroom has a separate door for the toilet from the rest of the bathroom - we usually don't close that at all, but we rarely close our bathroom door in general, but you can't see the toilet room from the rest of the upstairs anyways. Down in our 1/2 bath, for quick bathroom trips, we all tend to keep the door open also.

Yes, because there is a straight line of sight from my bathroom, to a window, to a window in my neighbor's house.

Yup, this is how I am now. Back door across from the bathroom. I don't want to cover the door window because I like to look out as I pass by or see who is at the door to gauge how I am going to open it.

I had 2 daughters and a single bathroom. The door was closed and locked every time.

I roomed on my first bicycle trip with an ex Marine, never married, no kids. Such a contrast. He hit the shower first. He comes out buck naked and goes over to the dresser with the mirror. I, 17 years of marriage and 2 daughters with a single bathroom, walk in the bathroom, door closed and locked, and when I came out of the bathroom, I am fully dressed, deodorant, complete and ready to head out the door. He was still standing in front of the mirror naked, LOL.

I leave it open if I'm alone.
I close it when the kids are around, cause nobody needs to unnecessarily see their mother on the toilet.
