Do You Call Back Numbers on Your Caller ID or Cell?

I do a reverse look up and try to figure out who it was. I know quite a lot of people who refuse to leave messages, when they want to talk to someone they just keep calling and it drives me nuts.

I don't call it bak, it could be a phishing/phone scam.

Heck I don't call back the number if I do know them and they didn't leave a message. If its not important enough of them to leave a message, its not that important to me.
