If you are worried about white legs, there are so many tanning lotions and sprays nowadays, that's hardly a problem anymore.

I hardly wear dresses, so I don't know. I've worn them in the past, before tanning lotions were available, and I find them VERY uncomfortable.

When I wear a dress, and I'm not just hanging out at home, I wear panty hose or thigh highs, depending on the material of the dress.
I wear a slip sometimes too.

Aren't your shoes uncomfortable without hose? I would love to throw away mine. I wear them daily to work, but I can't imagine how much I would hate my shoes without the hose.

In the summer with a casual skirt or sundress they are out.

All other times of the year, they are in.

But then again I wear slips, bend down when I try on clothes, all the things my Mom taught me to do.
