not wear hose anymore? I am from the "can't wear white after Labor Day" era, so I was taught you always wear hose with dresses. Granted I have only worn a dress once in the past 30 years!

But are pantyhose out?

We are around the same age so yeah I wear hose whenever I wear a dress.
My dd doesn't. Unless it is a special occation.

I can't imagine not wearing hose. What if your legs are pasty white in winter? It's just not right.

I don't, usually. I cannot stand the feel of panty hose. If I'm going to wear something, I'll wear thigh high stockings.

If you watch the talk shows on TV, women rarely wear hose. But they have nice tanned legs. I personally could not do it, I very rarely even wear dresses or skirts.

I realize they are out, but I do wear them as often as possible!......depends on the dress, the occassion, etc

Way way too hot here to wear them. I haven't worn pantyhose since we moved here to Texas 5 years ago Knee high and long skirts in a pinch for winter

I wear them when it is freezing outside. Most of my friends don't wear them, and think I'm a dork for doing so( I'm 17 by the way).

Definitely out... I can't think of the last time I wore them! I don't care if it is summer or winter, I just don't bother at all. Particularly colored hose (white, black, blue, etc) are long gone.

Tights, however, are totally fine

Pantyhose are definitely on their way out, and good riddance! What's the appeal of something that's itchy, saggy, expensive, fragile, and can make you look like an Oompa Loompa? No thanks!

I'll wear them for formal occasions in winter, but that's about it.

I don't wear pantyhose unless it is a formal occasion...or it is cold. Really, it is too hot here most of the time to suffer through wearing them. Why is it so bad to have skin instead of nylon on your legs anyways?
