No, but I know where you "may" be heading and I have the same issue, places to smoke???? The Portifino has balconies so when I stay there I request a balcony, but typically stay at the Royal P and their windows don't open either, I have smoked inside the rooms before with no problem, but the safest bet may be to find a hiding spot on the grounds. The path that winds around headed to the parks has a lot of hiding spots to smoke up before a good park visit. I have also smoked at Jurassic Park, around the visitors center there is a lot of jungle in the front and a lot of paths, usually find a good secluded spot that no one is around to smoke in. There are lots of hiding spots, can't help you much with the HRH cause that's the only one I haven't been too, but I'm sure there have to be some good spots there, and that path that actually starts at P is very long so I would try that.
