Do we know when pin codes are put in the system?

Last year on 10/6 (yes I still have the email), I received an email pin code from Disney for use over the holidays...unfortunately couldn't use it.

This year we are going from 11/18 - 11/25.

Do they put the pin codes in the system AFTER the emails/postcards are sent out, or are they in there before? So IF there is a pin code for me it would be in the system already and I just haven't received the email yet?

I want to pay off my trip and purchase my tickets within the next 2 weeks so my Disney points are available for my trip.

I called to make my Oct. 14th reservation in August and I had a pin code attached to my name for my mid-October trip. So I believe the codes should already be there for the remainder of this year...JMHO.

Sometimes I think you have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a code!

Pin codes are completly random.
