Chuck is right that the only tix discount is on the AP (and that is a great discount, if you ask me...though DVCers used to get free APs once upon a time...sure do wish I was around back then!).
However, DVCers do get lots of other little discounts. When you check in you will get a little booklet called "Portable Perks" which lists all of the places that give a discount to DVCers.
DVC owners do get the BEST AP rate. However, the free tickets were for length of stay for those who purchased in teh first few years and was good through 1999.

Actually, a few people got free APs once with a special promo a year or two ago. Not a permanent thing though. The free pass program was a biggie that lasted a long time, and is greatly missed.
You can order discounted AP vouchers online through the member website, or you can order through Member Services, or you can purchase passes in person at WDW. In all cases, you will need your membership card and ID showing the same address for all adults, whether you are activating vouchers or buying in person.
