Do WDW strollers have cup holders?

Sorry if this has been asked a million times (my search engine is going way too slow), but we are thinking of renting a double stroller each day we're at Disney but wanted to know more about them.
1) Do they have cup holders?
2) Do they have different reclining positions?
3) Will a store bought fan attach to it?

If anyone's done any of these things to a rented WDW stroller, please fill me in. Thanks!

1. no but there is a pouch that cold hold a bottled drinks but not right by the kids if that's what you mean
2. no they are hard plastic
3. don't think so but maybe depending on the type

The strollers at MGM are like jogging strollers and they do recline (only up or down).
