We stayed at FW for the first time ever earlier this month during the Disney World Marathon 2011 and had the most fabulous time. Wonderful campground indeed! The only suggestion I have for Disney is to remove those old divider curbs between the tolls booths at the Magic Kingdom entrance. The lanes are so narrow and it is almost impossible not to scrape your tires on them if you have today's big rigs.

Do U think Magic Kingdom's tollbooths are too narrow for today's big rigs?

With warm regards, James

They are wide enough for a 8' vehicle, I have an 8' wide truck and also Buses go thru the same lanes. They do appear narrow when you pull up to them..

I never noticed them being that narrow, but I pull a 48 X 8.5 ft gooseneck racecar trailer all over when I'm not pulling my little 31 ft 5th wheel to FW.

It would be a little less tense driving through if they were gone and just move-able reflector stanchions were there but I have not hit the curbs with my 102" wide MH, YET!

DW and I had a great time during Marathon Weekend also. Going to DL for the C2C Medal and have reservations set for 2012 Marathon Weekend. Have to repeat the Dopey.

I'll hava to get back with you on this,
soon as we get our Prevost.:woohoo:

got a feeling it's gonna be a long wait.:lmao:
