Does WDW still have that deal where you can buy a ticket to get into Magic Kingdom from 12am-3am on specific days. I know when we were staying at the contemporary a few years ago we took advantage of it and it was awesome, im still wondering if they do that.

They had this in March when we went but it was no longer a ticket it was just known as Extra Magic Hours and anyone staying at a Disney Resort could go with their park tickets. We enjoyed it and even with the cheerleading groups there it wasn't that busy. We would do it again.

I would just ask when you check in as we didn't know about it until a few nights before.

No the program evolved into the current evening EMH which isincluded with your regular admission ticket to all people who stay on site. It includes all of the parks each on a different night. If you go to the Disney website there is a listeng inthe calendar section about EMH to tell you which park has it on what day.

The hours for this vary from park to park and day to day. One park will remain open an extra 3 hours after posted closing time for WDW resort guests. One park each day will also be open 1 hour earlier then posted opening time, again for WDW resort guests only. You must get a wrist band for the evening EMH at the park that is to remain open that night by showing your room key, everyone in your party MUST have their key with them or they will not get the wrist band. For morning EMH you must also have your room key, but no wrist band is issued. Since this is no longer a paid special admission event you must use one day of your MYW pass to get into the park to start with.

The op is talking about E-ticket nights. They haven't had these for a while now and probably will not now that they have the evening EMH's for resort guests.

The deal you remember was called an E-Ride Night. It cost about $12. During the summer seasons there were usually 2 per week, and in the off-seasons it was cut back to one per week. An E-Ride night (commonly called "E-Nights") was limited to on-site Guests, and limited to 5,000 tickets per event. The times were not set; you got 3 hours in MK beginning at the regularly scheduled park closing. Also, only a few of the major attractions in the park were open, and no eateries other than Casey's Corner and the Main Street Ice Cream Parlor.

E-nights have been discontinued now that Disney has Evening Extra Magic Hours. Evening EMH is better and worse; it's free, and it's held on alternate nights in all 4 theme parks, and many more attractions are open than during the old E-nights. However, Evening EMH has no attendance limit, so the parks can get pretty crowded compared to an E-night.

Thanks for the comments and yes it was e-nights. We went to Magic Kingdom and there might of been no more than 100 people in the park. No lines to Space mountain, splash mountain, big thunder mountain. I think haunted mansion, buzz lightyear and some of the fantasyland places were open too. Oh well it would of been nice if they still had that going on :guilty:
