Do they have special genes?

This must be the same gene that prevents Dh from flushing the toilet.....

My husband kills me with this one. If he pees in it, he won't flush it until later to "save water." I go behind him and flush. Blech.

But with no woman to follow you around, all the drawers must be left open, no? :confused3 I'll bet the darn toilet seat is up, too, isn't it?

Miss Cleo, is that you? You really are a real psychic. :rotfl2:

We had it but we traded it for the ability to back a car up and the ability to remember movie lines.
When did my DH come here :confused3 popcorn:: Hey babe!!

I know I know.................it's the let me act like I am incompetent so she doesn't ask me to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:rolleyes1

They also have a related gene that causes them to say "Honey, have you seen such and such," when they are looking right at it!

Is that what the voices are telling you?
Can you hear what the voices inside my head are telling you right now? :smooth: :rotfl:

Is it in the genes? Yup, it's that Y chromosome thing.;) :rotfl:

And why, why, why :confused3

That's the answer right there; the Y chromosome. God gave them that letter because he'd knew us women will always ask why. :rotfl:

Even men in training are special. My 12 yr old DS doesn't believe he should clean up his own spills. His mother thinks differently. My 11 yr old DS figures if he spills cat food all over the kitchen floor, that the cat will just eat it off the floor. Who raised the children to think this way :confused3 Even after insisting that DS12 clean the spill that "wasn't his fault" and making DS11 sweep up the cat food, they don't get it.

They also have a related gene that causes them to say "Honey, have you seen such and such," when they are looking right at it!

Don't even go there! Not a single male member of this household can find anything in the fridge unless it falls on the floor when they open the door - even then they might not see it unless it lands on their bare tootsies and causes them pain!

Very timely topic! I was just wondering this morning why my DH rarely turns the lights out when he leaves a room. I can't even begin to count the number of times I've found lights on in his home office, the kitchen and the family room, TV on in the family room as well, and he's outside mowing the lawn. I rarely go into our basement but occasionally take a peek down there and find... Yup! the lights are on down there and he hasn't been down there for days.

:rotfl: It's not a gene, it's the "Y" chromosome. I say it all the time! :rotfl:

RUN GUYS!!!!! Theyve figgered us out! :rolleyes1

Of course we do, that Y chromosome that prevents us from walking up and down the high street all day then going back to first shop you visited to buy a pair of shoes or item of clothing.
Filling up all available drawer space with used shopping bags, not being able to navigate with the aid of a map;)
