Do they have holiday food after Christmas through New Years' (m)

I was watching the food tv special on Disney World's Xmas Holiday and I saw the awesome gingerbread display at Grand Floridian Resort and I really want to buy that gingerbread house. We plan to visit next year after the holidays from December 26th through January 2nd or 3rd. So I was wondering if they still sell all those holiday treats during that time? I know the decorations stay up but just wondering about if they keep making the treats and food, etc...

After watching the show I really wanted to go over Xmas instead. Looks like a lot of fun!

Last year they were still selling gingerbread houses on Dec 27th in the Yacht and Beach Club stores. I would imagine that the Grand does also. The only thing I am not sure about is if the gingerbread house store at the Grand is still open after Christmas but if it isnt, I bet they still sell the houses in the store off the lobby.

The Grand Floridian sells until I believe New Years Day...I know I have bought on that day or perhaps the day before for 75% off and it was one of their last days...I have done this a couple of times....makes for some great gifts to bring back to those who care for my house while I am away.

I think I heard on the show that they were $25 but don't quote me.
