do they have different sized of robes at the spa??

I am not sure if they do but I am pooh sized and it fit me.

I don't know the answer to your question, since I didn't visit the spa on our cruise, but I would imagine the answer is yes.

I also did some digging for you and found this... WDW at large that I thought might be helpful, then maybe email the author for cruise questions specifically?

After being obese my entire life, I had weight loss surgery (the duodenal switch) and am only 13 pounds away from being a weight that isn't even considered overweight.

I just got back from the cruise and spent a lot of time in the Spa. I always wore a bathing suit, so it really didn't matter too much what size the robe was. In fact, I really didn't want to wear it only to go down the hall to the steam room! However, that was what it was for.

The spa was very nice, have fun!

They do have different size robes in the spa.

I found that out on my last cruise when after several visits to the spa I was handed a robe that actually fit !!

After that I just asked them to try and find me a large one and there wasn't any trouble at all

I would bet they do. When you check in, they give you a basket with your robe in (and for you to place your clothes). I wouldn't be surprised if they take a look at the guest, and descretly place the correct size robe in the basket.
