Do they ever have codes at Thanksgiving

We have gone over Veteran's Day the last few years. This year I am considering book our trip over Thanksgiving so our DD's would only miss 3 days of school - 3 days that they don't do much either.

Are there ever any codes at this time or do they usually charge rack rate?

We went last year and did have a discount code. The AP rates went really, really fast, so we had to use the general public discount codes. If I remember correctly they were about the same as the current codes that are out right now, during peak season. We are going back again this year, and are waiting ourselves for those codes. We NEVER pay full rack rate for any Disney room, and if nothing else you can usually get a AAA depending on when you arrive. Good luck!
