Do they ever change the restaurants on DDP?

I ask this question because I had myself all excited about Trying Tempura Kiku with a TS credit. The restaurant pricing was in line with several other DDP restaurants so I didn't even think it wouldn't be included until I happened to look and it's not.

Anybody have any idea why this restaurant isn't included?

I'm kind of hoping against hope that it was left off the list in error and I can use a TS credit there in Nov.

Any other eateries people think should be on the list and aren't?

The restaurant list changes very infrequently, typically only once a year, now, I'd suspect.

Some restaurant around WDW, like Rainforest Cafe, are not owned by Disney, so get to decide for themselves whether or not they want to participate. Generally, expect that they make the decision based on whether they feel that participating would best help them be most profitable or not.
