Do the resorts sell contact lens solution?

If I'm travelling with hand baggage only and can't take any liquids with me I would need to buy contact lens solution. Do you know if you can get it anywhere on property, or maybe at the airport??

Probably either, if you don't need a specific brand. But check www.tsa.gov for current restrictions - passengers MAY be able to bring less than four ounces of eye solution onboard.

Yes, I checked on tsa.gov for myself and you can bring 4 oz. or less of solution in a carry-on. I bought a little bottle at a local drug store for peace of mind since I am blind without my contacts.

You should be able to get it at the resorts if you want. I remember seeing it at a couple of different ones this past summer. However, you will be paying alot more than normal. You could also consider shipping it to your resort if you had other stuff to go along with it.

We always buy some in WDW. DH has to drink the stuff, he goes though bottles like crazy!!! The stuff ain't cheap either at WDW. A very small bottle will cost you the same $$ as a large bottle outside of WDW. But, they do have it if you run out. DH doesn't like the brand they sell, same one at CBR and WL. Not sure of the name though...sorry.

Your eye doctor may be willing to give you a sample size bottle of whatever you're using.

Wouldn't it be more cost-effective for him to bring a container of salt and make his OWN saline solution to drink , and just use the contact lens stuff for, well, his lenses?
