Do the resorts have gyms?

If so, which ones have gyms, and what are they like? I'm interested in weight-lifting gyms, with a bench press, dumb bells, and other weight-lifting machines, such as the fly, chest press, overhead press, back press, leg press, etc. Thanks

I am pretty sure on the GF known as GF Resort and Spa does. I've heard they have free weight and some treadmills eliptical machines. I believe they are free for GF resort guests.

The CR has the Olympiad gym which has cardio, free-weights and Cybex/Nautilus-type machines. There is also a Smith machine for benching and squats. You can make prior arrangements to use it 24/7 with your key.

The GF's spa & health club is also used by Poly patrons. The Poly doesn't have its own fitness center.

The WL uses the Sturdy Branches health club at the Villas.

The YC/BC share the Shipshape health club which is also available 24/7 with your key.

CSR is the only mod. with a health club.

The Boardwalk has a really nice gym. They have cardio, free weights, and all the machines. It is located on the main floor by the slide pool.

PP's have mentioned the resorts that have them. If you are staying at that specific resort with the gym, it is free of charge. If you are not staying at that resort, there is a fee for usage.

In the case of the Swan & Dolphin, you can use the facilities of both gyms if you are staying at either resort.

I've also used AKL's gym. It should have most everything you are looking for. It is similar to CR.
