Do the holiday events ever start early?

We arrive just a couple of day before 11 November…and leave half way through that day. We will plan to catch It’s a Small world then… but any thoughts on whether anything else will be maybe have a soft opening?

No but a lot of the decorations will be up. They start going up Nov. 1 and you see more and more every day.

The Festival of Holiday food booths usually soft open a day or two early. They don’t sell Sip and Savor passes, but you can buy stuff individually.

Yes, this! At least the day before (sometimes 2 days before) the booths will be open but not all of them will be open all day so if you are hoping to try food from the booths I would make sure to plan to spend a chunk of the 10th in DCA to take advantage of the food.
