I'm just curious! Have you had that bad of service at WDW that you asked them to adjust your tip? And, did they do that for you?![]()
Well, it was never anytime that a tip was automically included, but yes, we've had a few times that the service was so bad that we spoke to a manager about it, and left no tip. I'm sure that if service was so poor that you spoke to a manager about it, and told them you wanted the gratuity removed, they would gladly do it for you. They want the customer to be happy, and the managers know when the server has been giving poor service.
