Do the Breakfast Sitdowns open before the Park?

Just wondering if certain spots to have breakfast (Cafe Orleans, Carnation) open before the park or at park opening?

I believe the sitdowns at WDW open an hour before park opening. Is this the case at DL also?

What about the bakery?

If the park opens at 9 or after, main street will be open 1/2 hour before the park. They will not let you past the end of mainstreet until park opening time.If the park opens before 9, they will not open the gates until opening time. So, for the most part, no the restaurants will not be open until after the park opens.
