If I am waiting for rooms at a moderate to open up for labor day weekend timeframe (yes, less than a month away), what are the chances of that actually happening? Is there a point when people stop changing and cancelling reservations (other than the the time frames imposed by the restrictions of WDTC)?
Or do choices grow smaller as each day passes?
I can see that the resorts are pretty full for that time period (thanks, I guess, to the free dining) and the only place to go is up... do you think that many people will decide to change from a moderate to a delux in the weeks leading up to their vacation?
How often do room-only reservations get cancelled right before the trip?
