Do restaurants close between Lunch and Dinner?

If you look at the Menus, it gives hours for the restaurants...so, do they close between lunch and dinner?? For example, can you get an ADR for Le Cellier at 3:00 in the afternoon?

Or does it depend on the restaurant and time of year?

Thats a really good q actually. I know there are different menus and latest lunch is like 3ish so they MAY not take reservations for time to set up for the dinner service, but not positive (even after ALL our visits ) I am sure someone else will help you out though! BY the way LeCellier is yummy lunch or dinner!

Thanks (I try ) I was thinking it would be great on the day of MNSSHP to eat around this time...and I was also curious. It seems like I eat at very odd times when we are at WDW.
