MGM has jogger type strollers that while they don't recline, they are more "slung-back" if you know what I mean.
The other 3 parks all have hard molded plastic strollers that do not recline and are not suitable for small infants (no support). Here's a link to photos and info on allears.net
Since my little ones still sleep in the stroller ( a little anyway) and I don't think the plastic is comfortable (and don't want to lug in towels to pad it) I bring my own. That way I also have it at DTD, from park to bus/boat/monorail, and at the resort.
